My First Project...

Northern Italy!!! YAY

I just want to start this off with warning you that I, in no way shape or form, am writer. I do this because it is an assignment, and it is required. I know I will love that I did it years down the road, but hate it now. I am not one to write in a dairy or record anything with words…. But you will rarely see me without a camera. I always have one in my pocket and now I just bought a Nikon 5000 and am so in love with it. I love recording everything and have for years. Life is a series of still images and a few videos. Life to me is never words on a page…. So it is hard for me to write these kinds of things, I feel like it taints the photographs in my mind, but never the less I must write this so here it is.

19 of us + a lovely Marina and jolly Vyt set sail on a journey of epic PROPORTION!!! Get it!!! Ehh ehh

The first town we landed, was the township of Florence

We climb the Duomo with ease thanks to our built up endurance

We visited the big guy named David carved by Michelangelo

Every detail of the craving was amazing down to the little toe

Wondered for hours in a amazing museum called the Uffizi

Hillary keeps talking about bake ziti?

We left there for an afternoon in Bologna

It snowed like CRAZY, Tim Palagonia

Climbed to the top of the Asinelli tower

And had an epic snowball fight for over an hour

Finally ended that day in Venice.

Hillary messed with my camera, what a menace.

The canals and streets of Venice were such a maze

Looking at a map you could get home 10 million different ways

We took a short train ride to Vicenza

And played “presidents” on the way, duh

Had a great fest at a really long table

Drank to much wine and became a little unstable

Verona was the next place we all met

And is known to be the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet

Milan was our final destination

The fashion capital of this fine nation

Woke up super early for a morning in Como

GOD I LOVE HILLARY, no homo

This was a trip with just the amazing Vyt

We all loved it, but didn’t feel complete

We met up with Marina back in Milan

Where she got hit on at dinner by a French Don Juan

Finally ended with a long train ride back to Rome

A place that I can’t believe I can call home.
